Upper Floor: King Master Suite with private dedicated porch, walk-in closet, double sinks, bathroom with separate shower and garden tub. The master also has cable TV and VCR, ceiling fan, phone, and alarm clock. This room even has it's own coffee station!
Second Floor: Queen Bedroom & Bedroom with 2 twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have private porches, one with a gulf and beach view and the 2nd with a lake view. They also each have private bathrooms and 26" flat screen TV's with cable and DVD players.
There is also a full laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. We try to ensure that there is also laundry soap for your convenience!
Lower Floor: You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar, living room and large back deck and a half bath.
* Kitchen: Fully stocked with refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. Kitchen also has a portable phone & answering machine. * Dining room: Seating for six with an additional 2 bar stools. * Living room: Queen sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table for playing games, 42" flat screen TV with cable, DVD, movies, puzzles, several games and books all opening to a large back deck and a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and beach. * Large Back Porch: Seating for 4 with a table and umbrella along with 2 chaise lounges and a gas grill.
Covered parking: Under the unit you will find covered parking for 2 cars or a car and a small boat. There is also a hot and cold shower and hose.
Little Extras for the beach: For your convenience we have provided some extras that we hope clears some space in your car!!
