UPPER FLOOR: Oversized Master Suite with king bed, private dedicated porch, walk-in closet, double sinks in dressing area, bathroom with separate shower & garden tub. The master also has cable TV, DVD, ceiling fan, portable phone, and alarm clock.
There is also a full laundry room with a washer, drier, iron and ironing board. We also provide laundry soap for your convenience!
Main Living Area - Lower Floor: You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar with stools, 2nd bedroom, large back deck & a 2nd full bathroom.
* Kitchen: Fully stocked with refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans. Kitchen also has a portable phone & answering machine. * Dining room: Seating for 4 with an additional 2 stools at the breakfast bar. * Living room: Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table for playing games, cable TV, VCR, DVD, movies for all ages, puzzles, games and books for all ages. * Large Back Deck: Includes gas grill, lounger & table with umbrella & chairs. * Second bedroom: Queen size bed with private porch, ceiling fan & cable TV with remote for your convenience.
Covered parking: Under the unit you will find covered parking for 2 cars. There is also a hot/cold shower and a hose for washing those sandy paws and toes!
Little extras for the beach: For your convenience we have provided some extras that we hope clears some space in your car!!
* Beach chairs * Buckets, shovels and misc. beach toys * Outdoor hose and hot / cold running shower to wash those sandy paws and toes! * Cooler * Beach Cart * Crab Nets and Crab Bucket
You may also find some other little extras as our Northern guests often leave some of their beach items behind for others to enjoy! We hope all the extras make your packing easier and your vacation more enjoyable! ** Please bring your own beach umbrella if you want one :-)!
Little extras for the home: No need to pack so much! We try to have an extra supply on hand of some to the things that are tough to pack or you may forget (and I hate to shop for when I'm on vacation!):

We know what it is like not to have what you need when you're on vacation! We try and provide as many of these extras a possible so you are focused on your vacation, family and fun and not on the basics!
We encourage you to catch your own dinner of scallops in St. Joe bay, crabs off the beach or fish & to bring along some marshmallows to enjoy desert around the beach bonfire! ENJOY THE GOOD LIFE!
